Network Setup

In order to use the Seminary computer network, you must have a computer running Windows XP Professional (upgraded to SP2) or Vista (Ultimate, Business or Enterprise ONLY) or Mac OS X (10.2 or later). You may connect to the seminary’s wired or wireless network (the wireless network requires either a wireless card or built-in wireless). Older systems may work, but will not be supported.

Network Setup Instructions (Windows PC)

If you have a Windows XP PC, follow these instructions:

Note: If you do not have virus protection installed on your PC, you will not be allowed access to our network. The seminary has a license for Norton AntiVirus, and you can use a copy of this software to protect your computer against inevitable virus attacks. See the end notes for information on how to acquire a copy of AntiVirus. DO NOT plug your computer into the network if you do not have virus protection software installed on your Windows computer!!!
